Tom is the quiet backbone of Riteous - grounded, thoughtful and dedicated to doing things properly. A lifelong maker who feels most himself in nature, he brings a craftsman’s mindset to every part of the service. His focus is simple: build things well, refine the flow, and make the experience effortless for everyone involved.
He’s the reason a Riteous bar feels smooth, consistent and dependable. Tom shapes the setups, the layouts, the small operational decisions that keep service steady even when events shift or timelines tighten.
